April has spent her entire professional career of 30 years in Real Estate and Property Management. The first 15 years of her experience was in Corporate Multi-Family management starting out as a leasing agent and later achieving regional asset manager status with large and small apartment communities ranging from Tax Credit, Section 8 and Market Rate. As a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida, she held a Community Association Manager license and managed many Homeowner and Condominium Associations prior to returning to the Carolinas.
Originally from Greensboro, NC, April returned to Greenville SC to raise her daughter and continue to build, own and operate full service real estate companies specializing in property management. She is not only a SC and Georgia licensed Real Estate Broker but has also achieved the SC RE Instructor’s license. Among her proudest achievements are earning the CPM (Certified Property Manager’s Designation) and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management. In 2013, April was awarded Woman of the Year for Greenville’s Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Fundraiser. She currently is on the Board of the Greer Soup Kitchen, a facilitator of Greer Steps program (providing housing for the homeless) and volunteers weekly at her church, Covenant United Methodist Church. April is passionate about her faith, family and her business finding satisfaction in helping others achieve their goals and dreams.
